FALL DOWN 7 RISE UP 8

Covering my face with a hood, and holding a ball in my hand, I perform a blind dance trying not to lose the ball. Each time the ball falls, I start the dance again.
The condition of being blind allows me to embody spontaneous, almost unconscious movements, while the condition of holding a ball in my hand imposes me to handle dynamics based on control and balance.
The work inscribes itself in this paradox of keeping control by losing control celebrating a stubborn optimism of falling, and falling again to then rise up.
